Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and orders between Lukars and the customer. By placing an order on Lucaris.com, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Products and prices

Lucaris.com sells cosmetics and beauty products. The prices stated on the website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. Lucaris.com reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time. Price changes do not affect pending orders.

Order and payment

An order can be placed through the website of Lucaris.com. After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail. Payment can be made via iDeal, credit card, PayPal or Klarna postpay. If payment is not received within 14 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery

Lucaris.com strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer. Delays in delivery may occur due to circumstances of the shipping company, beyond the control of Lukaris.com. In that case, Lucaris.com will inform the customer about the delay as soon as possible.

Return and exchange

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt. The costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition and have not been used. Upon receipt of the returned products, Lucaris.com will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Guarantee

Lucaris.com guarantees that the products meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as intended by the parties to the agreement. If the delivered product does not meet these requirements, the customer can claim under warranty.

Liability

Lucaris.com is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the products or the website. In the case of liability, it is limited to the amount covered by the insurer.

Privacy

Lucaris.com handles personal data with care and adheres to the applicable privacy legislation. Personal data is only used to process orders and is not shared with third parties.

Disputes and Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements between Lucaris.com and the customer. Disputes between Lukaris.com and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Lukaris.com is located, unless mandatory rules dictate otherwise. If a provision of these general terms and conditions proves to be null and void, this will not affect the validity of the entire general terms and conditions. Lukaris.com has the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions apply to new orders and take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
