What payment options are there?
Our shipping policy is shipping within 3 to 5 business days. This means that if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, for example, your order will be shipped no later than the following Friday. You will always receive an email from us when your order has been processed and shipped, and you will receive a separate email from PostNL with your track and trace code.

You can return or exchange the products within 30 days of receipt. The costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition and have not been used. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
